“Old software is asking for data leak – Computable

Existing software can do just fine service for data leaks. This is the debate proposition given today presented Computable readers.

the great advantage of software is that it does not wear. Major disadvantage of software is that it nevertheless is subject to ‘wear’ in some way. Over time there may indeed imperfections, flaws and vulnerabilities are discovered. Those bugs and holes require maintenance: updates, patches and upgrades. Functionally works old software may still properly, but the security risk in the meantime to increase.
