The Free version each time looking at all the files and folders and anything that is not going away and / or copied.
The big advantage in a SE version is that there is a database of source and destination is kept. This not only saves considerably in comparison, but when copying / deleting files. The SE version file movement also captured and easily moved, instead of copied again – as in Free version .
