Compare Software

A bit silly title, but I know as soon as no other suitable title.
I am indeed looking for a program that works under OSX and allows information to compare in an orderly fashion.
The point is that I 2-3 items / products can then select me on my screen get a clear overview of the agreements and differences in certain features
It involves a total of 13 products with a long list of features.; these features are again among divided into sections
An example: Every product has 14 sections
Product A has in section 1: 12 characteristics;.. Section 2: 4 characteristics; Section 4: 20 characteristics; Section 5: 1 characteristic etc.
Product B has in section 1: 8 characteristics. Section 2: three characteristics; Section 4: 8 features; section. 5: 3 marks etc
Product C, etc.
I have in Exel try to make a list (products side by side, features below), but it is not clear from because then I product A t / m M stand side by side.
And sometimes I want product A and B, but sometimes prefer to compare product C and G, or product D, G and M.
I can, of course, as the Do not remove relevant product columns, and then store the equation again. But actually I’m looking for a more elegant solution. Exel is in fact not really suited to process a lot of text input in a clear way.
Oja, it would also be nice if everything is searchable (in a word).
So now is my question is: does anyone know if there is a program / software that allows me to do this? Preferably not too complicated and preferably also that I can share it with someone else? (with OSX)
question I think I pretty much …. I see it before me, but I wonder if this is easy to achieve, for a layman than

Is a bit on what files you use. But I always use this app to compare text files for changes / differences
It will not quite be what you need yet

Which products are involved?
exist for various product websites where you can compare the products.
You probably know Tweakers though.
Example: Apple notebooks around € 1300: http://tweakers.net/pricewatch/compare/496/437984;437770;437983/categorie/
