Also Dutch government is still running software from 1992 – Apparata

Lower House uses computers for 1992 That they lag behind seriously in some parts of Europe in terms of software and hardware was already clear. Unfortunately, this also applies to the installation of our Lower House …

Last week we wrote about a French airport which was still using Windows 3.1. Unfortunately, they are also some of our own country. A letter from Minister Stef Blok shows that the Lower House will feature some use of computers for 1992. The hardware and software is very outdated that only two people in the Netherlands still can work with. It is also a problem if a part needs to be replaced. Such agreements are often no longer in stock.

The technical installation would not only be that its replacement. Ultimately, it is the intention that the entire Courtyard will be refurbished. That will be done at one time and has to last for about 5.5 years.
