The Norwegian software company Opera Software, known web browsers like Opera and Opera Mobile is likely to be taken over by a group of Chinese parties including Qihoo 360 Technology. This was announced Wednesday

The parties offer 10.5 billion Norwegian kroner for Opera, converted just over one billion euros. The board of the company to support the bid. Opera gets the deal include access to Internet users in China, Qihoo, and financing of the consortium.
Opera also opened the books on the fourth quarter. In that period the loss amounted to converted nearly 6 million. The turnover amounted to over 170 million euro
