Two hundred suppliers
393 municipalities currently use software products from two hundred different suppliers. There’s municipalities agreed that the various software products from different vendors to communicate with one another, so that the quality of service is improving and can be saved. More and more municipalities and suppliers work with standardized software, according to Data Monitor. But the speed of adoption by standard differs greatly. Some parts are difficult.
Difficult adoptions
So meets the standard for Wabo-BAG yet none of the sixteen assessed products. The Standard Pay and recovery is not much better for it: only 3 of the 31 products meet. When standards Ongoing My Government Affairs and Message box, where suppliers are assessed, meets 13 percent in September 2014, where the figure is 40 percent in April 2015. The pace of increase, however, is decreasing. In Prefill e-Forms Services investigated a total of 25 products. In January 2015 fulfilled 6 products (29 percent) and in April 2015 there were 8 (32 percent).
Quick adoptions
There are also standards that are adopted quickly. There is a large increase in congregations that meet in Case Document Services. In September 2014, 41 percent of products in April 2015 compliant and meets 75 percent of the 24 products examined. The Standards Document Creation Services are 17 products analyzed, it met in January 2015 about 33 percent and 56 percent in April 2015. The new standards, which for the first time in the report that appears recorded quarterly shows 42 percent of the standard ‘iWmo for municipalities’ meet. In “IJW municipalities” is that forty percent and “StUF Corvi ‘is 59 percent compliant.
Causes
Monitor shows a gradual development, write the rapporteurs. Yet many municipalities use software that does not meet the standards. It may take according to the Monitor Compiancy 1 to 2 years before the classical standards like Business Document Services and Ongoing My Government Affairs / Message box to meet. “One of the possible reasons is the fact that the demand for compliant products lags behind initial expectations. Partly this has to do with the missing replacement for municipalities and possibly with unfamiliarity with the same communities with the content of the standards.
Millions spent on additional administrative costs
Minister Plasterk recently announced that he “let more analysis’ whether it is true that the municipalities millions more spent on administration by decentralizations. Looks or simplifying information flows is also possible. A project of VNG estimated during an Internal Administration debate that there are 100 to 150 million euro for administrative costs incurred. He called for “standardized as soon as possible.
