Software update: 7-Zip 15:01 alpa – Tweakers

15:01 alpha version of 7-Zip has appeared as a successor to 9:38 beta. This open-source archiving utility can handle a large number of compression formats, including zip, cab, rar, arj, lzh, chm, gzip, bzip2, Z, tar, cpio, rpm, deb and of course the proprietary 7z. Further, the software is able to access files and iso-NSIS-installation packages. The changelog for this release is as follows:

This is a development version.. Do not use this alpha version to process important files and archives. The code of this version contains a big number of changes. And probably there are some new bugs.
