Borderlands Game Director leaves Gearbox Software – Inside Gamer

In a message on Twitter late game director Matthew Armstrong know no longer employed by Gearbox Software. Armstrong is known for his work on the Borderlands series.

In a message on Twitter saying Armstrong that “things have changed”. At this moment he no longer works for Gearbox Software and wish him broaden his horizons.

Developer Gearbox Software seems lately been plagued by problems. Thus, the 2K studio in Australia last week closed its doors and left Borderlands writer Anthony Burch company in January as well.

Why the game director no longer works at Gearbox Software is not known. Or departure affects future Borderlands-sharing is not certain. From the tweet we can notice that Armstrong is looking for a new challenge in his career.
