Aspect Software joins forces with Ring Ring – Computable

Aspect Software, a US-based provider of contact-gap, and the Belgian Ring Ring join forces. The cloud provider from Diegem provides interactive phone applications (IVR) and SMS services. With the cooperation, both parties offer a wider portfolio of cloud services on the Benelux market.

Ring puts the customer engagement solutions from Aspect, such as the customer self-service, omni-channel, proactive outbound, workforce planning, back-office and call center optimization analyzes. The American Aspect Software, including a Benelux office in Amsterdam, the cooperation will expand its presence in the market and thus grow its market share in the Benelux countries. Both parties are able to offer by joining forces fully automated voice and SMS services. This should improve cooperation with call center agencies.

Ring Ring provides cloud services, including interactive IVR phone applications and SMS activity, sms and voice API. It specializes in the development and implementation of belscripten and text messaging scenarios. It also provides marketing, premium and geographic numbers, bulk SMS services, professional voice recording, text-to-speech (TTS), SIP trunks and statistical reports.
