You’re right, that comes to me sometimes for. However, this so much that I do not like this happens very disturbing experience.
What often happens is that for example the Options pop-up window of an application on a different screen from where the application is running. I know not whether this has to do with the application itself or with Dual Monitor.
ZBar I have not tried it, I’ll see if it suits better
