Comics and manga read finer (and can also be opened immediately as zipje), quickly scroll through photos with your scroll wheel, click + drag if you zoomed’re on a picture to “look around” (something like a phone), by scroll to see in a next folder pictures, the next picture I think already cached when you are browsing so you faster from one can to another picture, and as far as I’ve noticed the performance is better at high resolution files.
Windows own photo viewer, I now no longer used for over a year
