Or vice versa: actually it’s ridiculous that you can not install a chosen self program without having to watch all kinds of additional programs along like elevators and standard are checked to display instead of the choice is yours whether you them want to check or not. The default should be that nothing is checked.
I help quite a few people in my family and acquaintances who are not super technical and sometimes have no patience with updates etc. which makes them want to click quickly resulting in all sorts of extra toolbars, search settings that change and I know what misery all
If you read in the article that the “poor” developers is also a sandwich to eat, then I think to myself. They just leave for the company to work for which they are offering that annoying stuff because if you download it then it’s at least your own conscious choice rather than one you accidentally make because you’ve seen a tick overlooked.
As for me, this is a program / tool that standard Windows would have.
A thick 10 with a plus.
