GFI Software has announced GFI Archiver 2015. GFI Archiver is a new version, based on the functionality of GFI MailArchiver. GFI Archiver enables organizations to manage all their old files, e-mails and calendar items with one central archiving tool.
GFI Archiver 2015 employees no longer compelled cloud-based services to use for the storage of documents. Furthermore, the solution provides IT administrators an insight into the e-mail archiving and habits of employees, making it easier to timely detect potential risks. In addition, the solution helps organizations in regulated industries to laws and regulations properly to comply. This is particularly useful in the case of an audit. GFI Archiver archives not only items, but they also organize and copy, including attachments.
