Mozilla SeaMonkey 2:31 – Tweakers

Mozilla SeaMonkey logo (75 pix) Mozilla has released version 2.31 of SeaMonkey. SeaMonkey is the continuation of the former Mozilla Application Suite and includes a web browser and programs to e-mail and read news. There is also a simple html editor available. Unlike the Mozilla Application Suite SeaMonkey is maintained by the community, while the SeaMonkey Council oversees the maintenance. This version contains no specific changes Seamonkey, but because the source code of Firefox and Thunderbird as a basis, there have been several improvements emerged from.



Mozilla platform changes
 
  • Support for H.264 (MP4) is now built in on Mac OS X Snow Leopard (10.6) and newer through native APIs.
