The ICT service provider that the software update installed then noticed that interference occurred in the so-called En Route Automation Modernization System (ERAM) in Leesburg, a town near Washington. According to the FAA would be in the system itself are no further issues. A number of new features that came along was forced off with the upgrade.

The error put virtually the entire Saturday traffic largely flat in the Baltimore-Washington region. Most flight delays and failure were caused because of safety the number of takeoffs and landings in the region were limited.
